The top ten fastest qualifiers from these trials will remain eligible for the Horseshoe Indianapolis QHRAI Derby on Thursday, June 18. This race will be run as many times as deemed necessary. Fields will be limited to ten starters. If less than 14 horses enter into the trials, the trials will be cancelled and moved to the final. Preference to run will be given to horses with the highest lifetime earnings. A 20% marketing and administration fee will be withheld from the nomination and sustaining payments in all open Quarter Horse stakes races. Purse divided: 55% to the winner, 20% to second, 10% to third, 5% to fourth, 3% to fifth, 2% to sixth, 1.5% to seventh and eighth and 1% to ninth and tenth. Trophy to the winning owner.
