The purse to be divided 55% to the winner, 20% to second, 12% to third, 6% to fourth, 4% to fifth and 3% divided equally amongst the remaining finishers. Three Year Olds: 122 lbs. Older: 126 lbs. Non-winners of a Sweepstakes in 2025 allowed 2 lbs.; of three races other than maiden, claiming, or starter allowed 4 lbs. Any horse entered as a main track only runner will be assigned the high weight. Condition eligibility applies including state-bred status if this race overfills beginning with Stakes winners with any ties broken by lifetime earnings. A trophy will be presented to the winning owner. The New York Racing Association reserves the right to transfer this race to the Main Track.
